DFP Celebrates Lodwick Silver in Vancouver

Dynamic Foam Products Inc. owner and President celebrated with over 300 locals as they watched their hometown hero’s win the Silver Medal in Vancouver at the Nordic Combined Team event. The group gathered at Howelson Hill in Steamboat Springs the hometown training site for three of the four athletes on the team. Snow conditions and a wrong ski selection could not dampen the spirits of the rowdy crowd gathered to watch history in the making. The Team was in the gold medal hunt all the way to the last few meters but the crowd still enjoyed the first medal ever in the Team event. Dynamic Foam Products was proud to play a part in the event by supplying Todd Lodwick with jumping boots produced by another customer of DFP Jalas of Finland. DFP also produced insoles and worked with Todd in optimizing performance of both the skate cross country boots and Lodwick’s jumping boots the last two years since Lodwick returned to the sport.
